AFG shield chronicles: A Smashing end to 2020

2020 was a year like no other and one in which the only thing that remained constant was change. Everything was flipped on its head, yet our managers and teams worked tirelessly every day to deliver our brand standards while ensuring the safety of our guests. Customers voiced their appreciation of our hospitality during these crazy times in review after review.

At our End-of-Year meeting, we brought our core value of greatness to life by recognizing those stores that showed exceptionality in categories such as Top Social Media and Top Staff. Then we said goodbye to 2020 by letting off some steam “demolition style” on a car with an awesome customized paint job. We’re always on the lookout for novel ways to reward our managers for a job well done and Tantrums LLC fit the bill!
